Noirin Mc Carthy is certified by Romana Kryzanowska to teach Pliates.She has been teaching Pilates professionally since 2004. She began her training in New York with Suzanne Jordan and at Alyceya Ungaro’s Real Pilates inTri-beca. She did her teacher training apprenticeship under the supervision of master teachers Marjorie Oron and Jane Poerwoatmodjo at the Pilates Studio in The Hague, Netherlands. She has worked at the Oxford Pilates Studio with Diana Sullivan, and presently teaches in Dublin.

In 2010 she qualified as a structural integrator, a form of bodywork that re-aligns and balances the body. She received her certification from Tom Myers (author of Anatomy Trains) giving her an in-depth knowledge of anatomy and its fascial connections.
