

Welcome to True Pilates Dublin. Here we are dedicated to practicing Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended. The method developed by Joseph Pilates includes the use of unique apparatus designed to be used in conjunction with traditional mat work in a studio environment. All sessions are tailored to your individual body with a focus on correct alignment and balance.
Any one can do Pilates: the young, the elderly, the injured, professional athletes, performers, artists, overweight people, and business people, anyone who desires better physical health but just can’t seem to find the time to develop it. There are no pre-requisite to benefiting from Pilates – come as you are.
